William Ohrt - Executive Director

William Ohrt is the Executive Director with nearly 40 years wealth of experience in management, single family and multi-family residential development, commercial, and civil construction work. Mr.Ohrt is in charge of the technical and financial operations of the company. An alumnus of Texas A&M University from where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Technology. Mr Ohrt’s selected expertise is illustrated by the following credentials:

• Current President of STI Global Limited (U.S.) an Investment and Management company.
• Past Managing Director and Partner of Regimanuel Gray Ltd (G.H.) and its subsidies.
• Past Senior Project Manager for Gray Construction Company (U.S.)
• Past Chief Estimator for Pinkerton & Laws (U.S.), an Atlanta based general contractor
• Past President of the American Chamber of Commerce Ghana

William and his wife Jennifer have five children.
